The UGC has Sanctioned Rs 9 Lakhs for setting Up Women's Studies Centre in our college.

 

The centre offers the following courses:

 

·        Certificate course in Gender studies for all UG Students.

 

·        Diploma Course in Gender studies for PG Students.

 

·        Diploma Course in Entrepreneurial Development for Alumni and for any women candidates (Eligibility - +2 Level)

 

 The Centre also plans to take up various activities like

 

·        Orientation course for the teachers.

 

·        Training programs for self help groups.

 

Capacity Building Programs in the form of developing

 

·        Computer Skills.

 

·        Communication Skills.

 

·        Accounting Skills.

 

·        Management Skills.
