and Highlights

Special subjects like Electronic commerce, Computerized Accounting
– Tally, Financial markets operations, Computer Applications
in Business have been introduced.

Special Exposures: Summer placement training at the end of
IV Semester and Commerce practical during the final year

Extension Activities: Participation in the annual NSS camps
to create awareness about consumerism, savings etc.

Seminar Conducted: The departmental organized a seminar on
“Entrepreneurial Awareness” with the NSS cell
of Bharathiar University.

Certificate course on Entrepreneurial Development: The department
has planned to conduct a certificate course on Entrepreneurial
Development with the collaboration of Gandhigram Rural Institute
Deemed University, Dindigul.
